Chefs Steven Beauvais and Glenn Trulson collectively have contributed to the ever growing New England catering industry.

Steven is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and has worked in the Boston area restaurants and catering companies since 1973. Steve cofounded Two Chefs in July of 2000 as a catering company and restaurant. The rapid growth of the catering company brought about the closure of the restaurant in 2003. Since then Two Chefs Catering has continued to expand.

Glenn graduated from the Johnson and Wales culinary program and began his career as a chef in 1979. He gained experience in fining dining restaurants, catering companies, and country clubs, some of which include: Kennedy School of Government, Nashawtuc Country Club, Sheraton, and resorts in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. In 2003 Glenn became a partner for Two Chefs Are Better Than One.
